New Service Development: Referral Program

by Brian Weidner on November 10, 2010

Many recruiters believe that best leads for candidates are referrals from current employees. However, what happens when your employees aren’t making any referrals?

We are developing a new service to enable healthcare professionals to opt-in to receive emails with referral opportunities from Wisconsin healthcare organizations. (Picture your employee referral program on steroids.)

Career Tree Network will draft a custom email with details about your organization and the open positions. The email will contain the name of your organization, a brief company overview, specific information about the position, and the required qualifications.

If a recipient happens to know someone who might make a good fit for the position, they reply to the email with the referral’s name and contact information.

Career Tree Network will then develop a relationship with the referral to confirm their qualifications and to share more information about your open hiring need. Once their qualifications are confirmed, a gift card will be sent to the referral and the person who made the referral.

With a firm understanding of your hiring need, the referral will then have an opportunity to move forward as a candidate in your normal hiring process.

We believe that this Referral Program will be a great way to proactively supplement your recruitment efforts with a minimal time investment.  If you’d like to help pilot this new service offering, please contact us.
