An Employer Profile will remain online regardless of current hiring needs. The Career Tree Network employer profile allows clients to explain in great detail the unique attributes of its corporate culture. A well written profile can effectively persuade more candidates to apply for open positions.

Ability to Access our Candidate Resume/Profile Database. This is a great resource for reaching passive job seekers. Clients can search the database and contact candidates directly to share information about their organization and current hiring needs.

Expanded Job Posting(s) to remain active online for 60 days. The expanded job postings allow clients to fully describe the position’s responsibilities and desired qualifications. Candidates can click one button to apply online for an opening or make contact directly via phone, email, fax, web, etc.

We are proud to offer our “Post-it until you Fill-it” Guarantee for all expanded job postings. When a job posting expires, clients have an opportunity to renew the posting free of charge until the position is filled.

Candidates in our database are sent an Email Notification when job postings are added to the system. This alerts candidates that a new position is available for their consideration.

A Personalized URL (PURL) is created for our client’s employer profile, upon request. The PURL enables candidates to easily visit an employer profile.

Unlimited access to the Employer Resource Library. The library contains a variety of resources to assist in recruitment efforts. Many of the resources are exclusively available to Career Tree Network Employers.

When an employer account is created, we will host a System Overview Webinar for the client’s entire recruitment team, upon request. In the session we provide customized system training to ensure that our clients are comfortable with our recruitment tools.
