Overview:

The Career Tree Network Bonsai Program makes it easy for Physical Therapists (and graduating SPTs) to achieve their career goals within a new position.

Physical Therapists who find a position through Bonsai will be paid a monthly reward of $120 (PRN), $160 (Part-time), or $200 (Full-time) each month for the first 18 months of their employment. (Monthly reward amount is based on number of hours / job status at point of offer.) This is above and beyond the compensation and benefits package that will be earned directly through the new employer.

• All program elements are offered for free to PTs and graduating students. 

• Resume Feedback and development session via zoom.

• Intake session and support from a CTN staff member.

• Monthly Rewards if hired for a position in the Bonsai Program. 

• Monthly Rewards if a friend you refer is hired for a position in the Bonsai Program.
