Employers cover our fees, so our assistance to you is offered free of charge.
Q. How does Career Tree Network make money?
A. We charge employers a project fee to perform recruitment marketing campaigns for their open healthcare position(s). We do NOT earn any extra money if a candidate goes to work for an employer in our network. This is important because we do not have a financial incentive to steer you in a certain direction. Instead, we simply learn your career goals to help you find the right position that meets your needs.

We also offer collaborative recruitment marketing initiatives to help our employer partners reach healthcare professionals and graduating students.
